Cheese Curds & Coffee is a podcast for people with small-town roots and big-life dreams. Hosted by Katie—a Wisconsin girl turned entrepreneur—and her husband Allen, each episode is an experiment in growth, courage, and consistency. Together, they take on weekly life challenges designed to uncover limiting beliefs, improve habits, and chase down their next-level life—with a little laughter (and maybe some Midwest stubbornness) along the way.
Whether it’s waking up at 5am for a week, cutting screen time in half, or facing down long-held fears, each challenge is a chance to grow forward—and bring you with them. Because here, it’s not just about cheesy metaphors and good coffee. It’s about building a big life one bold step at a time.
